Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into uniform pieces.
  3. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  4. Toss the carrots and Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the vegetables in a single layer.
