Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Dice your veggies into bite-sized pieces and mince your garlic and ginger.
  2. Sauté the aromatics: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, allowing them to sizzle for about 1 minute.
