- 1 ripe Dragon Fruit
- ½ cup Freshly squeezed Lemon juice
- ½ cup Sugar or Honey (to taste)
- 2 cups Water or Sparkling Water
- Ice
Instructions
- Prepare the Dragon Fruit: Cut the dragon fruit in half and scoop the flesh out using a spoon. Chop the flesh into small cubes.
- Juice the Lemons: Squeeze fresh lemons until you have around half a cup of juice, removing any seeds.
- Blend It Up: In a blender, combine the chopped dragon fruit, lemon juice, your chosen sweetener, and about two cups of water. Blend until smooth and well-combined.
- Strain (Optional): If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove the pulp.
- Add Fizz: Mix in sparkling water just before serving, if desired.
- Serve with Ice: Pour the mixture over ice in tall glasses and garnish with slices of lemon and a few dragon fruit pieces.

Adjust the sweetness according to your taste. This drink can be enhanced with herbs like mint or basil for a fragrant twist.
