Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Dragon Fruit
  • ½ cup Freshly squeezed Lemon juice
  • ½ cup Sugar or Honey (to taste)
  • 2 cups Water or Sparkling Water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dragon Fruit: Cut the dragon fruit in half and scoop the flesh out using a spoon. Chop the flesh into small cubes.
  2. Juice the Lemons: Squeeze fresh lemons until you have around half a cup of juice, removing any seeds.
  3. Blend It Up: In a blender, combine the chopped dragon fruit, lemon juice, your chosen sweetener, and about two cups of water. Blend until smooth and well-combined.
  4. Strain (Optional): If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove the pulp.
  5. Add Fizz: Mix in sparkling water just before serving, if desired.
  6. Serve with Ice: Pour the mixture over ice in tall glasses and garnish with slices of lemon and a few dragon fruit pieces.
