Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa content or higher)
- 100ml heavy cream
- Zest and juice of 1 fresh orange
- Unsweetened cocoa powder or crushed nuts for rolling
Instructions
- Finely chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
- In a saucepan over low heat, warm the heavy cream until it’s just about to simmer.
- Pour the warm cream over the chopped chocolate and let sit for a couple of minutes.
- Stir the mixture until smooth, then add the orange zest and juice, mixing well.
- Cover and refrigerate for about two hours until firm.
- Scoop out portions of the chocolate mixture and roll them into balls using slightly moist hands.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder, crushed nuts, or shredded coconut.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes to solidify before serving.
