Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or fresh apple chunks (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the biscuit dough by separating it into individual pieces or cutting homemade dough into bite-sized squares.
  3. In a large bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll each piece of dough in the mixture.
  4. Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Grease a bundt pan and layer the coated pieces of dough, adding nuts and dried fruit between layers. Pour the melted butter mixture over the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before flipping onto a serving plate and enjoy!

Notes
