- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping vegetables and thawing shrimp if frozen.
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, cooking until pink and opaque, then remove and set aside.
- Stir-fry bell peppers, snow peas, and carrots for about 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Return lo mein noodles and shrimp to the skillet; pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, and toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
