  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping vegetables and thawing shrimp if frozen.
  2. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp, cooking until pink and opaque, then remove and set aside.
  5. Stir-fry bell peppers, snow peas, and carrots for about 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  6. Return lo mein noodles and shrimp to the skillet; pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, and toss to combine.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
