Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  5. Pour about a half-cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form (2-3 minutes).
  6. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Stack the pancakes high and decorate with chocolate chips and powdered sugar to create snowman faces.
