- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 nori sheets, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear and cook according to package instructions.
- Chop the salmon into bite-sized pieces and toss with teriyaki sauce.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, salmon mixture, and softened cream cheese.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish, packing it down slightly.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top and drizzle with additional teriyaki sauce, adding green onions.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling.
- Let it cool, then top with sliced avocado and crumbled nori before serving.
- Serve warm with extra teriyaki sauce on the side.
