- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Eggnog
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 2 Eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Prepare your crust: Mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into an 8×8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown; set aside to cool.
- Make the cheesecake filling: In a bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar and beat until fluffy. Incorporate eggs one at a time, then pour in eggnog and stir until blended. Add vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Allow to cool completely.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve dusted with powdered sugar and optional whipped cream or caramel.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature ingredients and allow ample chilling time to develop the flavors.
