Ingredients

  • 1 cup Eggnog
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare your crust: Mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into an 8×8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown; set aside to cool.
  4. Make the cheesecake filling: In a bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar and beat until fluffy. Incorporate eggs one at a time, then pour in eggnog and stir until blended. Add vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  5. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Allow to cool completely.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve dusted with powdered sugar and optional whipped cream or caramel.
