- 2 ripe Fresh Mangoes, diced
- 3–4 Passionfruits, scooped
- 1 cup strong brewed Coffee, cooled
- 24 Ladyfingers
- 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the mascarpone mix.
- Prep the fruit and set aside.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers into the cooled coffee, coating them without soaking.
- In a dish, layer soaked ladyfingers, the mascarpone mixture, and diced fruits repeatedly until all ingredients are used.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.

Allowing the dessert to chill overnight enhances the flavor integration.
