Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the eggnog and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and spices in a separate bowl.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl for the coating.
