Bold and exciting steak bites infused with chili butter, perfect for gatherings and barbecues.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 1–2 fresh or dried chilies
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate with salt, pepper, and olive oil for at least 30 minutes.
- Make the chili butter by melting butter in a saucepan, adding garlic, and cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in chopped chilies and cilantro.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Drizzle the chili butter over the cooked steak and toss to coat.
- Add a squeeze of lime before serving.
- Garnish with additional cilantro.
Notes
Cooking in batches prevents overcrowding the pan. Let steak rest before serving.
