  • 1 cup pretzels, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in the milk until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and Flamin’ Hot seasoning.
  6. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then fold in the crushed pretzels.
  7. Spoon batter into muffin tin, filling each cup two-thirds full.
  8. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Optional: Sprinkle some crushed pretzel pieces on top or drizzle caramel for added flavor.

Notes
