- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp Flamin’ Hot seasoning
- 1 cup pretzels, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your muffin tin with paper liners.
- Cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the milk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and Flamin’ Hot seasoning.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then fold in the crushed pretzels.
- Spoon batter into muffin tin, filling each cup two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Optional: Sprinkle some crushed pretzel pieces on top or drizzle caramel for added flavor.
Notes
For a nutty flavor, replace all-purpose flour with almond flour. For dairy-free, use coconut oil and almond milk.
