- 1 cup Fresh Lettuce, chopped

- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 1 Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- Fresh herbs (Cilantro or Parsley)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by shredding your rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Lay out your chosen tortilla on a clean, flat surface.
- Layer fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and any additional veggies you’d like.
- Add in shredded chicken and a few slices of avocado.
- Drizzle your dressing over the top, sprinkle fresh herbs, and season with salt and pepper.
- Carefully fold in the sides of your wrap, then roll from the bottom up, tucking in everything as you go.
