Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat the melted butter, egg, and milk until smooth. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet until just combined.
  2. Shape the churro bites: Lightly flour your hands and roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Air fry: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray, then place the churro bites in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
