- Incorporate dry and wet: Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk, starting and ending with dry.
- Add zest and juice: Gently fold in the orange zest and juice.
- Fill and bake: Divide the batter into cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes.
