Instructions
- Prepare the mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and your choice of sweetener. Mix until fully blended and smooth. If adding any mix-ins, fold them in gently.
- Scoop the bites: Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, portion out the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Add the chocolate chips: Press a few chocolate chips into the top of each yogurt bite.
- Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the bites chill for at least 120 minutes.
- Store or enjoy: Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container to keep them fresh.
