Ingredients

- 4 Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops and cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes until seared.
- Flip the pork chops, add the butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Baste the chops with the melted butter and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from heat and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes.
- Spoon the garlic butter and juices over the chops before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, serve with roasted vegetables or creamy mashed potatoes. Allow the pork to come to room temperature before cooking for best results.
