- 1 lb ground chicken
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a loaf pan or freeform on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, baste the meatloaf with melted butter or sprinkle with more Parmesan halfway through baking.
