- 1 package pizza dough
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Prepare the filling by heating butter in a skillet and sautéing minced garlic until fragrant.
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread the garlic mixture over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges, then sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Roll the dough tightly from one long end to form a log, pinching edges to seal.
- Cut the log into 1.5- to 2-inch pieces and place them cut side up on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted garlic butter for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
