Ingredients

  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Prepare the filling by heating butter in a skillet and sautéing minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Spread the garlic mixture over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges, then sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one long end to form a log, pinching edges to seal.
  6. Cut the log into 1.5- to 2-inch pieces and place them cut side up on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with melted garlic butter for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
