- 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley or Italian seasoning, to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- If using frozen shrimp, thaw thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the shrimp and toss again.
- Transfer the shrimp to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
- Roast for 8-10 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Finish with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Serve hot!
Notes
For a dairy-free version, omit Parmesan or use a dairy-free alternative. Ensure shrimp are not overcrowded on the baking sheet for even cooking.
