Instructions
- Rinse snap peas under cold water and pat them dry.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté minced ginger until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add snap peas to the skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes, until bright green and still crunchy.
- Drizzle soy sauce and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds, tossing well to combine.
