Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface or press biscuit dough into a ½-inch thick sheet.
- Cut the dough into squares that will wrap around each mini sausage.
- Wrap each sausage securely with the dough, pressing to seal it.
- Whisk together honey, brown sugar, and mustard in a bowl to make the glaze.
- Brush the glaze generously over the wrapped sausages.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
