Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread (sourdough, ciabatta, or your favorite)
- 4 oz soft goat cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- Fresh herbs (optional, e.g., rosemary or thyme)
- 2 tbsp butter or olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Slice your chosen bread into thick pieces.
- Spread goat cheese generously on both slices.
- Drizzle honey over one slice of cheese.
- If using herbs, sprinkle them over the honey.
- Top with the second slice of bread, cheese side down.
- In a nonstick skillet, melt butter or heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
