Instructions

  1. Slice your chosen bread into thick pieces.
  2. Spread goat cheese generously on both slices.
  3. Drizzle honey over one slice of cheese.
  4. If using herbs, sprinkle them over the honey.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, cheese side down.
  6. In a nonstick skillet, melt butter or heat olive oil over medium heat.
  7. Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
