Instructions
- Prepare the Pears: Slice the pears lengthwise into thin, even pieces.
- Caramelization: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add pear slices in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and tender. Drizzle honey in the last minute.
- Layer the Ingredients: Stack a slice of pear, a scoop of burrata, and another pear slice. Repeat until a tower is formed.
- Garnish: Sprinkle herbs on top and drizzle with balsamic glaze if using.
