- 4 cloves of fresh garlic
- 2 lemons
- Fresh herbs (oregano or thyme)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the sea bream under cold water and pat dry.
- Place the fish on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the cavity with sliced lemons and a few cloves of garlic.
- Mince the remaining garlic and mix with chopped fresh herbs and olive oil.
- Spread the herb mixture over the fish.
