- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, or mango)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- Small handful of spinach or kale (optional)
- ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients and a high-powered blender.
- Measure 1 cup of Greek yogurt and place it in the blender.
- Add 1 ripe banana and 1 cup of your favorite fruits.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
- If using, toss in a small handful of spinach or kale.
- Pour in ½ cup of milk and close the blender lid.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as necessary.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness before serving.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruits. Adjust sweetness based on the tartness of the yogurt and fruits.
