Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, or mango)
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Small handful of spinach or kale (optional)
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

Instructions

  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients and a high-powered blender.
  2. Measure 1 cup of Greek yogurt and place it in the blender.
  3. Add 1 ripe banana and 1 cup of your favorite fruits.
  4. Add 1-2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
  5. If using, toss in a small handful of spinach or kale.
  6. Pour in ½ cup of milk and close the blender lid.
  7. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as necessary.
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness before serving.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruits. Adjust sweetness based on the tartness of the yogurt and fruits.
