Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pineapple: Cut off the top and bottom, slice off the outer skin, and cut into thick rings or wedges.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Grill the pineapple slices for 4-5 minutes on each side until tender and marked.
  4. Make the coconut cream by whipping it with sweetener and lime zest until smooth.
