Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (100g) Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup (30g) Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Green Food Coloring
  • 1 pre-made Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 cup (240ml) Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the crust.
  2. Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl, then press into a baking dish and bake for 8 minutes. Cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in granulated sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla, and green food coloring until desired hue is reached.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  5. To serve, whip cream until soft peaks form, sweeten with powdered sugar, and add red food coloring.
  6. Cut the cheesecake into squares, top with whipped cream, and enjoy!
