- 8 oz (226g) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (100g) Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup (30g) Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Green Food Coloring
- 1 pre-made Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 cup (240ml) Whipped Cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the crust.
- Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl, then press into a baking dish and bake for 8 minutes. Cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in granulated sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla, and green food coloring until desired hue is reached.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- To serve, whip cream until soft peaks form, sweeten with powdered sugar, and add red food coloring.
- Cut the cheesecake into squares, top with whipped cream, and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter option, use low-fat cream cheese. Additional toppings like crushed candy canes can add festive flair.
