Description

A refreshing and tropical guava smoothie that combines ripe guavas, creamy coconut milk, and a splash of lime juice for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ripe Guavas (about 1 cup flesh)
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • Juice of half a Lime
  • Handful of Ice
  • Optional Sweetener (honey, agave syrup, or banana)

Instructions

  1. Wash the guavas thoroughly, cut them in half, and scoop out the flesh.
  2. In a blender, combine the guava flesh, coconut milk, lime juice, and ice.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as necessary.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of lime or mint.

Notes

Best served fresh immediately after blending. Adjust sweetness with honey or banana if desired.
