Ingredients

- 1–2 ripe Guavas (about 1 cup flesh)
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- Juice of half a Lime
- Handful of Ice
- Optional Sweetener (honey, agave syrup, or banana)
Instructions
- Wash the guavas thoroughly, cut them in half, and scoop out the flesh.
- In a blender, combine the guava flesh, coconut milk, lime juice, and ice.
- Blend on high speed until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as necessary.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of lime or mint.
Notes
Best served fresh immediately after blending. Adjust sweetness with honey or banana if desired.
