- 1 cup pumpkin puree

- ½ cup softened butter (for filling)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (for glaze)
- 2 cups powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until foamy, about 5 minutes.
- Mix in flour, butter, egg, pumpkin puree, and spices. Knead until smooth, about 10 minutes.
- Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Prepare filling by mixing sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter. Spread over rolled dough.
- Roll dough into a rectangle, spread filling, roll tightly, and cut into 12 pieces.
- Place pieces in a greased baking dish and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- For glaze, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
Avoid adding too much flour while kneading; dough should be slightly sticky. Keep an eye on the rolls to avoid overbaking.
