  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup softened butter (for filling)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (for glaze)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
  • Spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until foamy, about 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in flour, butter, egg, pumpkin puree, and spices. Knead until smooth, about 10 minutes.
  3. Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
  4. Prepare filling by mixing sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter. Spread over rolled dough.
  5. Roll dough into a rectangle, spread filling, roll tightly, and cut into 12 pieces.
  6. Place pieces in a greased baking dish and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. For glaze, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
