  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the unsalted butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the peanut butter to the butter and sugar mixture and mix until smooth.
  5. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the milk.
  6. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, being careful not to overmix.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving, warm with optional toppings like ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute butter with coconut oil. Use almond flour for a gluten-free version.
