- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and sugars: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat together until creamy and smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla: Mix in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients: Gradually add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows: Gently fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Scoop onto the baking sheet: Use a cookie scoop to drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake until golden: Place the cookie clusters in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool and enjoy: Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a vegan version, replace butter with coconut oil and sugar with agave syrup.
