Description
Delicious homemade wraps filled with seasoned ground beef, fresh veggies, and a creamy special sauce reminiscent of a classic Big Mac.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon relish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef for 7–10 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and relish for the special sauce. Set aside.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave or dry skillet until pliable.
- Spread special sauce on each tortilla, then top with cooked beef, shredded lettuce, diced pickles, onions, and cheese.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, tuck sides in, and slice in half to serve.
Notes
For a healthier option, use ground turkey instead of beef and try different types of toppings.
