Description

Delicious homemade wraps filled with seasoned ground beef, fresh veggies, and a creamy special sauce reminiscent of a classic Big Mac.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef for 7–10 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and relish for the special sauce. Set aside.
  3. Warm tortillas in the microwave or dry skillet until pliable.
  4. Spread special sauce on each tortilla, then top with cooked beef, shredded lettuce, diced pickles, onions, and cheese.
  5. Roll up each tortilla tightly, tuck sides in, and slice in half to serve.

Notes

For a healthier option, use ground turkey instead of beef and try different types of toppings.
