- Optional glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar + milk for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your donut pan or use a silicone mold.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, then add melted butter and milk, whisking until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Stir gently until just blended with some lumps remaining.
- Fold in fresh blueberries carefully.
- Fill each cavity of the donut pan about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
- For optional glaze, mix powdered sugar with a bit of milk and drizzle over cooled donuts.
