- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)

- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying (vegetable, olive, or butter)
Instructions
- Start by cutting your chicken into nugget-sized pieces.
- Set up a breading station with flour seasoned with salt, garlic powder, and paprika; beaten eggs; and breadcrumbs mixed with spices.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place the breaded chicken in the oil and fry in batches until golden brown (about 5–6 minutes).
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels, sprinkling with salt while hot.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider double dipping in the egg and breadcrumbs. Maintain oil temperature for perfect frying.
