Description

Crispy, tender bites of chicken coated with seasoned flour and breadcrumbs, perfect for snacking or sharing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for gluten-free)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
  • Vegetable or canola oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut your chicken into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches long.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Set up three bowls: one for seasoned flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour, dip it in the egg mixture, and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat about an inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry the chicken pieces in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For best results, ensure oil is hot enough before frying. Avoid overcrowding the skillet to keep the chicken crispy.
