Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, honey, barbecue sauce, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- For skillet method: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook marinated chicken in a single layer for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, flipping occasionally.
- For oven method: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Drizzle extra honey over cooked chicken and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
