A delightful side dish of sweet and buttery carrots glazed with honey and butter.
Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh carrots, cut into sticks or rounds
- 2–3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Pinch of sea salt
- Fresh herbs (optional, such as dill or thyme)
Instructions
- Wash and peel the carrots if desired, then cut them into uniform sticks or rounds.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the carrots and stir occasionally for about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle in the honey and toss to coat the carrots evenly.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and add any fresh herbs if using.
- Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are tender and glazed.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with extra fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
For deeper flavor, sauté the carrots before adding honey. You can also add a splash of orange juice or zest for extra brightness.
