Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the carrots if desired, then cut them into uniform sticks or rounds.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the carrots and stir occasionally for about 5 minutes.
  4. Drizzle in the honey and toss to coat the carrots evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt and add any fresh herbs if using.
  6. Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are tender and glazed.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with extra fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For deeper flavor, sauté the carrots before adding honey. You can also add a splash of orange juice or zest for extra brightness.
