  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with 1 tablespoon of butter.
  3. In a skillet, melt another tablespoon of butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine corn, honey, cream, eggs, sautéed garlic, and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and dot the top with remaining butter.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
