Ingredients

- 4 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup cream or whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (thyme or chives)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Corn: If using fresh corn, slice it off the cob. For frozen corn, thaw it, or drain canned corn.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the corn, honey, melted butter, cream or milk, and eggs. Stir in herbs and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, smoothing out the top.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Drizzle some honey on top before serving for added sweetness and a beautiful glaze.
