Description

A comforting and nostalgic Honey-Glazed Corn Casserole that brings sweetness and warmth to any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream or whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (thyme or chives)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Corn: If using fresh corn, slice it off the cob. For frozen corn, thaw it, or drain canned corn.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the corn, honey, melted butter, cream or milk, and eggs. Stir in herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, smoothing out the top.
  5. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Drizzle some honey on top before serving for added sweetness and a beautiful glaze.
