Instructions

  2. Prepare the carrots by scrubbing or peeling and cutting them into uniform sizes.
  3. Combine the carrots in a mixing bowl with olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
