Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh unsalted walnuts
  • 1 cup ripe fresh figs, quartered
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Mix walnuts and quartered figs in a large bowl. Drizzle with honey and melted butter, then sprinkle with salt.
  4. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet in an even layer.
