Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix walnuts and quartered figs in a large bowl. Drizzle with honey and melted butter, then sprinkle with salt.
- Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet in an even layer.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through to prevent burning.
- Cool slightly before serving to allow honey to harden.
