  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Make the Sauce: In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil and cook the chicken until golden brown.
  4. Add the Sauce and Veggies: Pour the sauce over the chicken, adding the veggies and cooking until just tender.
  5. Thicken the Sauce: Combine cornstarch with water and stir into the sauce to thicken.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Serve over rice or noodles, topped with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute soy sauce with tamari. You can also try tofu or shrimp as a protein substitute.
