  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream the butter and sugars: In another bowl, beat softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla: Add eggs one at a time and mix until just combined.
  5. Combine dry and wet: Gradually fold in the dry mixture until combined.
  6. Fold in chips and marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  7. Scoop and place dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly underbaked.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
