- 1 package pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 oz deli ham, thickly sliced
- 8 oz cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or pepper jack)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1–2 tbsp mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle, about 12 x 8 inches.
- Spread a light layer of mustard (if using) over the dough, then layer ham and cheese evenly.
- Roll the dough into a tight log from one long side.
- Slice the roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels (approximately 12-14 slices).
- Place pinwheels on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a healthier option, use low-fat cheese or a veggie alternative in place of ham.
