Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup sautéed mushrooms
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
- Sauté the mushrooms in a skillet over medium heat with a tablespoon of butter or olive oil for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix the sour cream (or yogurt) with minced garlic, lemon juice, and spices in a mixing bowl until velvety smooth.
- Add the sautéed mushrooms and chopped herbs, gently folding them into the creamy mixture.
- Chill the dip in the fridge for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve in a bowl garnished with extra herbs or paprika, alongside crunchy vegetable sticks or tortilla chips.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute the creamy base with cream cheese or a dairy-free alternative. Use zucchini or artichokes instead of mushrooms for variation.
