Decadent brownies made with no sugar and Greek yogurt, offering a rich chocolate flavor and moist texture.

- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (non-fat or full-fat)
- 1 cup almond flour (or all-purpose flour)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup natural sweetener (monk fruit or erythritol)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract, and natural sweetener until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift out and cool completely before slicing.
- Optional: Serve with Greek yogurt and berries on top.
Notes
Avoid overmixing for tender brownies. Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing.
