Ingredients

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 4 burger buns, halved
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Optional: fresh herbs like parsley or thyme
Instructions
- Prepare the filling by heating a skillet, melting butter, and sautéing minced garlic.
- Add ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in grated parmesan and herbs, then set aside to cool.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the burger buns in half and spoon beef mixture into each half.
- Seal the buns and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with sautéed mushrooms and diced veggies.
