Ingredients

  • 4 burger buns, halved
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by heating a skillet, melting butter, and sautéing minced garlic.
  2. Add ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in grated parmesan and herbs, then set aside to cool.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Cut the burger buns in half and spoon beef mixture into each half.
  6. Seal the buns and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
