Ingredients
- Pasta (rotini, fusilli, or penne)
- Fresh mozzarella
- Cherry or grape tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- Balsamic vinegar

- Garlic (minced)

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Prep the ingredients by chopping the tomatoes and tearing the basil.
- Make the dressing by whisking olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cooled pasta with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in a bowl. Drizzle with dressing and mix gently.
